It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that there’s no shortage of healthy eateries in the Los Angeles area, but finding a spot to sit down and actually enjoy what’s being served at such establishments is a whole different challenge. Is it possible to eat right and clean at the same time – can healthy and truly delicious co-exist on the same plate? Indeed, the following healthy spots in Woodland Hills check both of those boxes…and do so with a fashionable, flavorful flair.

Often called the L.A. restaurant that will “make you appreciate the vegan lifestyle,” Leo’s crafts delicious and satisfying – not to mention reasonably-priced – menu items, served in a “yummy and cozy” atmosphere that has everyone who visits eager to return.

Juicy Ladies, located at 22423 Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, began in 2009 as a small grab-and-go juice bar when owners Magal Nagar and Kinzie Oppenheim became passionate about healthy food and spreading the healthy word throughout their communities. With high expectations for their ingredients and no quick options for grabbing an organic juice, smoothie, meal or snack, they decided to venture out and create their own juice bar, an effort which ultimately culminated in a full organic juice bar and café. After 10 years of learning, growing and serving the Woodland Hills community with fresh, organic foods, Juicy Ladies expanded its locations to include Pacific Palisades, the business’ focus still on spreading knowledge of, and offering access to, nutritious foods.
