The past few weeks – even months – of living in a world of COVID-19 have featured one unsettling turn of events after another. As we try to hold on to shreds of our daily lives while being all-but-shut-in to our homes, one of things we miss the most is the freedom to go out and enjoy a really satisfying meal. While sit-down restaurants have been rolling back their openings once again, takeout and delivery offerings are thriving – so full speed ahead, and pass the napkins.
