Selections from the Carving Station will include Pomegranate Molasses-Glazed Turkey, Cracked Pepper New York Steak, Rosemary Natural Au Jus and Horseradish Crème with Artisan Breads. Fall Favorites choices include Tuscan Kale Salad, Caesar Salad, Quinoa and Broccoli Salad, Lemon Capellini Salad, Popcorn Shrimp Shooters, Mom’s Deviled Eggs, Walk Around Crudité and Chef Sal’s Vegan Lentil Stew. Over at the Family Traditions Section, patrons will find Grilled Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Apple Sage Stuffing, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Sweet Potatoes and Braised Brussel Sprouts. Finishing off these delicious entrees, salads and more are delectable deserts at the Splurge Selection, a collection that includes Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin Pie, Cinnamon Whipped Cream, Warm Apple Pie, Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake and Pecan Pie Spoons, Mango Pie, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Milk Shooters.“Our Executive Chef Sal Correa has perfected his enticing new farm-to-table dishes, shareable plates and savory morsels packed with bold, clean flavors,” says Deepak M., general manager of the Woodland Hills Hilton.
