This place JUST recently opened and has already been getting attention. I’m sure the free soft serve ice cream helped. Dickey’s BBQ Pit originally opened in 1941 in Dallas Texas, and since then their chain has moved all across the United States, and for good reason. Dickey’s BBQ brings a bit of traditional Dallas Texas right into our own sunny backyard. Definitely a place to visit if you are a BBQ fan.

3. My Brother’s Bar-B-Q

My Brother’s Bar-B-Q is another Woodland Hills staple. It’s been around since before Woodland Hills got it’s name. It’s hard to miss their gigantic cow going down Ventura Blvd. What My Brother’s Bar-B-Q is known for is making their own BBQ sauce from scratch! After you’ve had some of their amazing short back baby ribs and their highly talked about baked beans in their cozy little joint, you can buy a bottle of their special sauce to take home.
