Westridge-Canyonback Wilderness Park, situated at 17500 Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, is often referred to as a “PAWsome resource” for dog lovers in L.A. because of its more than 10 miles of dog-friendly trails through 1500 acres of open land in the Santa Monica Mountains. Not only will the Westridge Trail – but also known as the West Mandeville Fire Road – and the Upper/Lower Canyonback Trails treat you and your canine companion to the gorgeous scenery and a good aerobic challenge; you can hike all of them leash-free.

JOEY Woodland Hills, located at 6344 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, offers a wide-open kitchen plan and spacious patio for a deliciously modern and refreshingly casual upscale restaurant experience, and you’ll definitely come for the food and drinks – and stay to enjoy the friendly service and hospitable ambiance. This JOEY location is also delightfully dog-friendly, so when it’s time to bring Fido along for the trip, you can rest assured knowing he is most welcome.
Pedalers Fork, located at 23504 Calabasas Road in Calabasas, is a beautifully designed Creekside restaurant with dog-friendly outdoor tables, serving California cuisine using local ingredients and proteins. So whether it’s a Great Dane or tiny newborn pup, you can bring your four-legged best friend to Pedalers for brunch or dinner, all while you dine with other patrons and their canine besties relaxing under or beside their tables.
