ALL-AMERICAN, ALL THE TIME
Eureka! Restaurant comes to The Village at Westfield Topanga and offers guests a local blend of America’s best food, spirits and music amidst an energy-infused social vibe.

Keenly focused on providing an American dining experience at an exceptional value, Eureka! Restaurants boast jubilant atmospheres – complete with hand-picked house music throbbing in the background, televised sports and weekly events such as Steal the Glass and live music featuring a “singer and songwriter of the week” – with exceptional hospitality and unique, socially-driven environments, all of which combine to create much more than just a value-centric experience. Now, offering American classics such as gourmet burgers and an expansive selection of 30 craft beers on tap and small-batch whiskeys, Eureka! has come to Woodland Hills at The Village at Westfield Topanga.  Its official excitement-fueled grand opening was Monday, September 28th.

From a visual standpoint, Eureka!’s contemporary yet rustic design aesthetics are a perfect match for the newly-built Village at Westfield Topanga, what with the restaurant’s tables and paneling made from handcrafted tropical woods and the rolling garage doors welcoming guests from the dining room to a spacious al-fresco patio where brunch, lunch, “hoppy” hour and dinner can be enjoyed by the stunning outoor seating area surrounded by olive trees.

Still, when it comes to the Eureka! experience, nothing compares with its incredible menu. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase locally-sourced (when available) ingredients, the restaurant itself specializing in American classics with a modern twist encompassing a diverse selection of appetizers, all-natural Angus Chuck burgers and signature items including innovative salads, hand-crafted sandwiches and delectable desserts. Stand-out highlights of Eureka!’s menu include the Truffle Cheese Fries, featuring hand-cut Kennebec potato fries tossed in truffle salt and parmesan cheese, served with a side of house-made truffle cheese sauce and finally topped with green onions; the Fresno Fig Burger, which features homemade fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, crispy bacon and arugula, tomatoes and onions, all tossed in a spicy porter mustard; the Cowboy Burger, with shoestring onion rings, bacon, cheddar and a house-made beer barbecue sauce; the Bone Marrow Burger, featuring a thick-cut charbroiled onion, roasted tomato, mustard aioli and a bone marrow and porcini butter; a Slow-Roasted Beet Salad, with toasted walnuts, apple, arugula, orange segments and a watermelon pop rocks finishing and the Americana Apple Crisp, bursting with caramelized apples, a pecan-oat crisp and vanilla bean ice cream topping.

To compliment these mouthwatering brunch menu options, Eureka! serves Mimosas and Bloody Marys on the weekends for only five dollars, alongside an extensive craft beer and cocktail selection.

In the area of cocktail selections, no one does it quite like Eureka!, which offers all-American small-batch whiskeys, specialty cocktails and craft beer curated by locally-owned artisans – a tactic that ensures a premium, highly sought-after product. In addition to the restaurant’s 30 specialty craft beers, the expert mixologists at Eureka! serve two wines on tap as well as selections from a special off-menu grouping of hard-to-find and allocated whiskeys such as Pappy Van Winkle and those from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection – names known to the most discerning of whiskey enthusiasts.

Of this new venture at The Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills, Eureka!
